The Johnstown Tomahawks hosted an alumni game, featuring Chiefs and former Pittsburgh Penguins players.

Tyler Kennedy--a 2009 Stanley Cup Champion with the Penguins--and Darius Kasparaitis--who played six seasons with the Penguins--each participated in the game.

The Johnstown Chiefs alumni team faced off against the Johnstown Warriors U18 team. Chiefs Alumni beat the Warriors, 9-4. Kasparaitis scored two goals.

Some of the proceeds raised by the game will benefit Johnstown's youth hockey programs.

The current Johnstown Tomahawks hosted the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Knights, after the alumni game.

The Tomahawks beat the Knights, 3-2, in overtime. Bennett Stockdale scored the game-winning goal.
