STATE COLLEGE -- Representative Scott Conklin and other PIAA member schools (both boundary and non-boundary) met inside the Penn Stater Thursday night to discuss the future of PIAA athletics.

Conklin introduced a bill to divide the PIAA into boundary and non-boundary schools when it comes time to compete for playoffs and championships in the state of Pennsylvania.

Dating back to the summer, boundary schools have been seeking more of an equality among athletics across the state, while the non-boundary schools see no issue with the current state of things.
