Police held a press conference Friday regarding the deadly shootings that happened in State College Thursday night.

Police said 21-year-old Jordan Witmer shot killed at three people and critically wounded another person.

Police said officers were dispatched to P.J. Harrigan's Bar and Grille Thursday at 10:14 p.m. after receiving reports of gunshot victims in the bar.

According to a release, officers arrived on scene at 10:15 p.m. and found three people inside the bar who had been shot.

Police identified the victims as 21-year-old Nicole Abrino, 19-year-old Steven Beachy and 61-year-old Dean Beachy.

They said Dean Beachy died at the scene after being shot in the head.

Abrino and Steven Beachy were both transported to Mount Nittany Medical Center and then life-flighted to other medical facilities. Police said Steven Beachy was pronounced dead Friday afternoon.

According to authorities, Abrino and Witmer were at the bar together -- the Beachy's were sitting across from them.

Police said it's unclear why, but at some point Witmer got up and walked over to where the Beachy's were seated, pulled out a handgun and began shooting. It is unclear when Witmer shot Abrino during that time.

They said Witmer then left the bar.

At 10:46 p.m., officers said they received a call about a crash at the intersection of Waupelani Drive and Tussey Lane and arrived to find Witmer's car abandoned.

Police said they began searching the area for the gunman and then at 11:09 p.m. received a call for a burglary in progress with shots fired at 748 Tussey Lane.

When officers arrived at the home, they said they found Witmer dead in the living room with an apparent self inflicted gunshot wound.

They said they also found 83-year-old George McCormick, dead with a gunshot wound to the head. There was another person home at the time, but police said she wasn't injured.

Police said it appears Witmer randomly chose the home after crashing his car. They said he shot his way through a sliding glass door before killing McCormick.

Abrino's condition is not known at this time.
