Police: 2 arrested after shooting at ceiling in Centre County home

RUSH TOWNSHIP - Two people were arrested Thursday night after firing off a gun inside of a home, police say.

Police responded to a shots fired call around 10:30 p.m. at a home on Walnut Street in Rush Township.

That’s when police discovered Trevor Stem,30, of Bellefonte and Barbara Dubbs, 36, of Philipsburg were shooting at the ceiling.

They face multiple charges including discharge of a firearm in an occupied structure.

Both are being held Centre County Correctional Facility until they can be arraigned in court.
