Man murdered in Johnstown identified
JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (WJAC) —
Officials have released the name of the man who was shot and killed in Johnstown on Wednesday night.
Cambria County Coroner Jeff Lees said Darese Coleman, 28, was pronounced dead at the scene at 9:21 p.m.
Police said they found Coleman, who had suffered multiple gunshot wounds, lying facedown in the middle of Beatrice Avenue near Oakhurst Homes.
This shooting comes a day after another shooting nearby, in which two people were wounded and transported to the hospital.
Police have not said if these shootings are related.
The investigation is ongoing.
