An Upper Yoder Township woman woke up to a landslide in her backyard.

Billie Hillegrass told 6 News she went to take her dog out and found the issue behind her Krider Street home.

Hillegrass says she started having water problems on her property when work was started on Franklin Street behind her house.

“I'm scared cause they are telling me I might have to leave my house and there's like, where do you go? And I have two kids and don't have to be worrying about if the rest of the hillside is going to take my house out,” said Hillegrass.

Upper Yoder police say PennDOT has been called to assess the slide and road because Franklin Street is a state route.
