Flammable devices were found on the roofs of government and law enforcement buildings, police say.

According to Bellefonte police, containers with flammable materials in them were found on the roofs of the Centre County courthouse and the sheriff's office Thursday afternoon.

Officers say county administrators found the devices while working to repair a leak in the roof of the courthouse that they found were caused by a burn. They immediately contacted police.

Police said the devices/containers did not explode and there is no immediate danger to any employees.

Officers did not say how many devices were found on the roofs or if there is a suspect(s) in custody.

The Pennsylvania State Police Arson Investigator was called in to assist.
