Crews battle house fire Johnstown

Authorities are fighting a house fire in Johnstown. (WJAC)

Authorities spent much of Thursday morning battling a house fire in Johnstown.

Emergency dispatchers said firefighters responded to the scene at Everhart Street and Napoleon Street sometime around 9 a.m.

According to authorities, the fire started on the second floor of the house.

Crews said the house is listed as vacant, and no one was inside at the time of the fire.

A neighboring home did have people living inside, but fire officials said the home only suffered some minor water damage.

Crews are investigating the cause of the fire.
