Brookville man accused of raping unconscious woman
BROOKVILLE, Pa. - A Brookville man has been accused of raping an unconscious victim June 22.
Kenneth Mitchell, 54, has been charged with rape of an unconscious victim, aggravated indecent assault of an unconscious victim, indecent assault of an unconscious victim and two counts of invasion of privacy.
Police said the sexual assault took place June 22 as Mitchell took pictures and video while he was having sexual intercourse with the woman.
According to police, the victim was under the influence or unconscious at the time of the incident.
Mitchell is in the Jefferson County Jail on $25,000 bail.
