Bedford County school van driver accused of having sex with teen 20 times
LONDONDERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. - A school van driver in Bedford County has been accused of having a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old boy.
Jacqueline Oldham, 32, has been charged with 20 counts of institutional sexual assault, four counts of statutory sexual assault, four counts of indecent assault and 24 counts of corruption of minors.
According to state police, they investigated a Children and Youth Services report from May 10, which said that Oldham and the juvenile spent a weekend together. When initially interviewed, both Oldham and the teen denied that anything sexual took place and Oldham said she viewed the teen as "one of her own kids."
Police said they responded to a domestic call May 23 at the boy's home in Hyndman.
According to police, the call was in reference to the boy getting upset because Oldham's husband had texted him, telling him to stay away from his wife.
Police said the juvenile's father told them that Oldham and his son have been having sex for "a while now."
Police said they interviewed the teen and he told them he had sex with Oldham on approximately 20 occasions.
Police then interviewed Oldham, who confessed to having sex with the teen about 20 times.
Oldham was arraigned Wednesday night and is in the Bedford County Jail on $75,000 bail.
