Power restored to thousands of Centre County residents, hundreds still without
UPDATE: According to West Penn's website, power has been restored to thousands of its customers as of Monday morning at 5:45 a.m.
However, about 815 customers are still without power.
Some of the areas that are hevaily effected include Miles and Gregg Townships.
The website said all power is estmated to be restored by Monday at 8:30 a.m.
POTTER TOWNSHIP- More than 6,500 people are without power in Centre County.
According to West Penn Power's website, nearly 10 percent of county customers lost power around 10 p.m. Sunday.
Seven areas are facing the largest outages. All of Milheim is reportedly without power.
According to the website, nearly every customer in Penn Township is also without power.
98 percent of Gregg Township, 97 percent of Haines Township, 94 percent of both Centre Hall and Miles Township are all without power.
Lastly, 90 percent of Potter Township is without power.
