Last year, 6 News showed you video of a Pennsylvania State Police helicopter flying over a large Penn State tailgating crowd outside Beaver Stadium in October 2018.

It was flying so low, tents, trash, and cornhole boards were sent flying through the air.

Now, four men are facing alcohol-related charges for their role in organizing the tailgate.

Connor Fitzgerald, Joshua Spear, Mark Lunney Jr. and Jared Bouer are all facing charges of unlicensed consumption, unlawful sale of liquor and furnishing liquor to minors.

Their preliminary hearings are scheduled for next month.
