6 Sports Two-A-Days: DuBois Beavers

In the last two seasons, Frank Varischetti's spread offense has turned the DuBois High School football team into a powerhouse. Last season, the Beavers scored at a nearly 45-point-per-game clip, and now they return their best 1-2 combo. Starting quarterback Gabe French and wide receiver Bryson Paulinellie are juniors, leading an offense which also returns four of its five starting linemen. Any potential pitfalls might come from inexperience at running back and linebacker, where DuBois lost their top three tacklers and 1600-yard rusher Garrett Brown.
