RAYNE TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- Police said an Indiana County woman was killed in a two-vehicle crash Sunday.

Mary J. Scott, 60, of Indiana, was driving her Pontiac Sunfire on Route 119 in Rayne Township when she crossed over the center line and traveled into the northbound lane, police said.

Police said Daniel Arbster, 59, of Brookville, was driving his 2006 Peterbilt tractor-trailer northbound on Route 119 when Scott crossed the center line into his path.

Arbster hit the passenger side of Scott's car, police said.

Scott was pronounced dead at the scene from apparent blunt force trauma as a result of the crash, police said.

Police said Route 119 remained closed for approximately three hours while the investigation was conducted and vehicles were removed from the scene.
