By: WJAC Web Staff and The Associated Press

SOMERSET, Pa. -- A Somerset County woman who helped her boyfriend move a mans body out of her apartment after he died of a drug overdose was accepted into a first-time offenders probation program.

The Somerset Daily American reported that Angela Hutzell, 38, of Meyersdale, can have her record expunged if she completes one year of probation for a charge of abuse of a corpse.

Investigators said Hutzell helped her boyfriend, Micheal Moore, 37, move 53-year-old Frankie Sass body out of her apartment and across Somerset on Jan. 23 of last year.

Moore is serving 10 months to 2 years in prison after pleading guilty in April to abuse of a corpse.

Police found Sass body in a vehicle four days later, after his family had reported him missing.
