Penn State student falls to his death

UPDATE

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. -- Police said Friday around 9:40 a.m., they responded to the Fraser Street parking garage for a report of a male lying on the garage.

Police said upon arrival they found a deceased college-age male.

Police said Andrew M. Magargle, 22, died from injuries sustained from falling or jumping from the roof of the garage.

Preliminary investigation shows no evidence of criminal activity.

Centre County coroner Scott Sayers said Magargle died as a result of chest trauma and his death has been ruled a suicide.
