WAYNE TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- Two men were arrested for allegedly robbing a Mifflin County convenience store, police said.

State police at Lewistown said the men robbed the Mount Union Minit Mart along Route 522 in Wayne Township just before midnight Thursday.

Police said surveillance video from the store led them to a house in Mount Union where Dwayne Smith, 19, of Mount Union, and Ridge Rhodes, 20, of McVeytown, were arrested for allegedly committing the robbery.

Surveillance video showed the men jumping over the stores counter and threatening the clerk with a gun, police said.

Police said Rhodes and Smith were arraigned on robbery charges and placed in the Mifflin County Correctional Facility.
