Paint Township police holds annual Christmas for Kids

PAINT TOWNSHIP, Pa -- Paint Township police are accepting donations for the 14th annual Christmas for Kids program.

The police department holds the program every year helping to provide toys and money to struggling families.

To give children a memorable Christmas the department is asking for donations from the community.

Theyre struggling, there are people out there that these kids cant help the situation theyre in, said Paint Township Police Chief Rick Skiles. So it gives us a chance to give something back and Ill tell ya people really open up their hearts and donate to these things to help us out and put on a great program for this area every year.

Donations will be accepted at the paint township Police Department during business hours until Dec. 13.

They do appreciate the donations and ask that no stuffed animals are dropped off.
