Froggy 98 is preparing for their annual Christmas Carol Foundation

ALTOONA, Pa. -- Froggy 98 is preparing for the 43rd annual Christmas Carol Foundation.

Every year, the station asks listeners for letters on who needs some help during the holiday season.

Twelve  wishes are given out from Dec. 13 until Christmas Eve.

Organizers say they want to help everyone have a nice holiday.

Most of the parents, they dont want anything for themselves, they just want the kids to have a nice Christmas, said Forever Broadcasting Donna Himes. We try to make sure that everyone has a good Christmas, though so the feeling that you get knowing that those parents really were not expecting anything but yet they will have something as well is kind of something that money cant buy.

Listeners and area businesses donated to help fulfill the wishes, some of which include helping with utility payments or even making home improvements.
