CHEST TOWNSHIP, Pa. One teenager has died and three others continued to recover from serious injuries Wednesday following a single-vehicle crash in Clearfield County.

The Blair County coroners office confirmed Autumn Mulhollen, 16, died at UPMC Altoona hospital due to injuries sustained in the Tuesday afternoon crash.

The names, ages and updated conditions of the three other girls were not being released by police.

Police said the four girls were in a pickup truck when it left the roadway and crashed into a tree, gate and post at about 3:40 p.m. on Westover Road in Chest Township.

Police said the driver was traveling at a high rate of speed when she crossed the roadway, first striking the tree. Police would not indicate which girl was driving the vehicle.

Officials confirmed the four girls attended Harmony Area High School and were in their junior years.

School officials said grief counselors were at the school to help students.

Fire and EMS crews from Clearfield and Cambria counties were called to assist at the scene.

A state police reconstruction team was called in and their investigation was ongoing.
