Paper mill fire finally out after 12 days

New details are released Thursday on the fire earlier this month at an Elk County paper mill.

State police fire marshal said the fire at Domtar paper company in Johnsonburg is not suspicious, but what caused it is still unknown.

Firefighters battled the flames inside a tunnel for more than 20 hours when it first started, but the fire was not considered completely extinguished until Wednesday, 12 days after it started.
