ALTOONA, Pa. -- Police said members of the Altoona Police Department narcotics and vice unit and directed patrol learned that Storm R. Robles, 21, was in possession of a handgun and was selling heroin from his home.

Officers stopped at Robles home briefly. They watched Robles arrive at home and then leave in the same car.

After Robles left, a vehicle stop was conducted for a traffic violation in the 600 block of Sixth Avenue. Robles was then arrested, said police.

After the arrest, police obtained a warrant for Robles home on the 1100 block of 20th Avenue in Altoona. Officers found 58 individual baggies of marijuana packaged in various weights for distribution, 10 packets of heroin, a Hi-Point .45 caliber handgun, roughly $4,900 in U.S. money and several pieces of paraphernalia, said police.

Police said Robles stated that the gun was stolen from another drug dealer.

Operation Our Town provided funding to make the detail possible.

Additional investigation is pending.
