Steelers sign WR Antonio Brown to 5-year deal
PITTSBURGH -- The Steelers announced Monday that they have signed wide receiver Antonio Brown to a new five-year deal.
Financial terms of the new contract were not disclosed by the team, but the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported the deal is worth $72.7 million.
The new contract makes Brown the highest-paid receiver in the league.
Brown finished the 2016 campaign second in the NFL in receptions (106), tied for second in touchdown catches (12) and fifth in receiving yards (1,284).
He also was named to his fifth Pro Bowl this past season.
