WESTMONT - A house has a new look after more than 100 volunteers fixed it up for a family in need.
The volunteers are part of Hosanna Industries, who work together to renovate houses.
The executive director of the project said the homeowner has had a difficult time maintaining her home after dealing with a tragic loss in her family.
Kathy Smith 's daughter died in 2008 in a car accident. Her granddaughter also was in the car and seriously injured.
"Some of her injuries were disabling. It set the grandmother back," said Donn Ed, executive director of Hosanna Industries.
The exterior of the home was completely repainted.
"There's no words. I'm overwhelmed," Smith said.
