Pittsburgh man arrested after major heroin bust along Pennsylvania Turnpike
STONYCREEK TOWNSHIP - A Pittsburgh man faces drug charges after he was arrested in Somerset County after a major heroin bust along the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
According to a state police complaint, Anthony Brown, 45 was pulled over near mile marker 122 Wednesday in a 2009 Acura SUV.
Police said Brown gave them a fake ID and a K-9 officer alerted them to possible drugs inside the vehicle.
Police said after searching the SUV, they found 13,400 stamp bags of suspected heroin.
Brown has been released from the Somerset County Jail after posting ball.
