Officials seek to identify pickup in connection to fatal hit-and-run
EBENSBURG – State police in Ebensburg said Tuesday they are attempting to identify a pickup truck in connection to the hit-and-run incident that claimed the life of a 22-year-old Mineral Point man July 4 in Blacklick Township.
Police said the vehicle is a dark-colored, single-cab truck.
Officials said they are now just looking for the pickup truck. Police don't believe the previously identified white SUV is connected to the case.
On July 4, at approximately 11:48 p.m., Jacob Hale was found lying on the travel lanes of Cardiff Road, where he had been struck by a vehicle, causing fatal injuries.
