BELLEFONTE - Centre County District Attorney Stacy Parks Miller will release the grand jury's findings into hazing by fraternity life at Penn State.

Parks Miller will reveal the report and its recommendations at a news conference Friday morning.

The report comes in light of the death of Beta Theta Pi pledge Timothy Piazza.

Piazza died in February after a night of excessive drinking at a pledge event.

In May, 18 fraternity brothers were charged with 12 additional charged in November. Those cases are all still pending.

Following Piazza's death, Penn State issued new reforms for all of the university's Greek Life that went into effect in August.
