Josh Gallagher performs two sold-out shows at Mishler Theatre
ALTOONA -- Josh Gallagher returned to central Pennsylvania for a special performance on Saturday.
The country singer has been busy since he appeared on NBC's "The Voice," but he made time to come back to his home state.
The hometown celebrity had two sold-out concerts at the Mishler Theater in Altoona.
Excited fans poured into the venue to see Gallagher’s show.
There was no denying the energy between the fans and the singer once he hit the stage.
Gallagher, a Cresson native, even helped one fan propose in the middle of his concert.
However, the singer said he was the most exited to showcase some of his new songs to a sold-out venue.
“There's going to be quite a bit of new songs nobody has ever heard before. I have never played a sold out show before. To headline a show and have it sold out, I can't wait to see people out here,” Gallagher said.
The singer headed back to Nashville on Sunday, but he'll be back in central Pennsylvania at least twice more this year.
According to the Johnstown Tomahawks website, Gallagher will be at the game on Feb. 24 to perform and do a meet-and-greet with fans.
Gallagher is also scheduled to perform at Thunder in the Valley in Johnstown on June 23.
