Police: Two arrested after 3,000 bags of heroin found

MARION TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- Three thousand bags of heroin were found after a traffic stop on Interstate 80 near mile marker 161 Saturday morning around 2:25.

Police said after indications of criminal activity, Hasus L. Hardy, 26, and Taysha M. Johnson, 22, let police search their car, and that is when police found approximately 60 bricks of heroin in a shopping bag in the trunk area of their car.

Also police said they found a small amount of marijuana.

Police arrested Hardy and Johnson, and they were placed in the Centre County Jail.
