SPRING MILLS -- The Penns Valley High School football team has been going through a rebuilding process.
But during a 2-8 campaign in 2015, several core players earned valuable playing time.
Returning 14 starters should mean the Rams are ready to record a few more wins in 2016.
"We've had a lot of underclassmen the past two years that have been thrown into game situations and I think this year is going to be the culmination," senior Christian Rudolph told 6 Sports.
"They are going to take everything they learned the past two years and put it to work this year."
Penns Valley will start the season against Marian Catholic.
